About Ben

Ben Quintana is a professional speaker, leadership advisor, and educator who helps people realize their potential so that they can create positive change in their lives, organizations, and communities. He is driven to help leaders create the conditions and environmental factors that produce positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplaces. He advises, speaks, and writes on leadership, organizational culture, employee experience, business communication, and strategic human resources. 

Over the past 20 years, Ben has worked for small, medium, and large organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including two terms as an elected official on the Boise City Council. He has held executive-level leadership and management positions in human resources, including organizational development and effectiveness, leadership development, and program management, as well as corporate communication and public relations.

In addition, Ben serves as an adjunct faculty member for the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University, teaching leadership, business communication, and strategic human resources courses in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programs. He is also a doctoral student at the University of Idaho, working to complete his PhD in Organizational Learning and Leadership.
